Always great service and friendly, professional staff. Phoned today about a script (with an apparently uncommon medication) and was anxious about missing my dose. My script was ready and waiting for me when I arrived later in the day - they had reordered my medication in anticipation of my repeat script. They provide customer care, not just customer service. 10/10 recommend this pharmacy.

Fantastic little chemist store stocked with everything you could possibly need, even a great range of beauty products. Went in for my 2nd Novavax and the pharmacist Enas went above and beyond to curb my anxiety. I'll be shopping here from now on, you don't find sincere old fashioned care and service often these days.

The worse pharmacy ever !!!! I REALLY DONT RECOMMEND ANY ONE TO USE IT !!I’ve ordered my sons eye drop on Thursday and they said u will get it Friday morning,I ended up getting on Monday,And when I spoke to the manager or owner he said to me, it shouldn’t be a problem !!! He can’t do nothing about it as the courier company is using the most “” professional company “”And I asked why he said he can’t do anything about it for been late !!!Didn’t even bother to apologise!!!!!!!Replying to your comments below,As you are aware those eyes drops shouldn’t be out and about for long time as your pharmacist advised me before so I should’ve got the delivery on Friday not MONDAY it’s an eye drops not engine oil !!And for free delivery this your deal from day one I didn’t get to chose to get them deliver to me that’s what you advised me from day one .

The team here at Chemist on Redleaf are always so helpful and really go out of their way to give that extra bit of information that is hard to get from the bigger pharmacy.The recommendation I got from Fiona to change from one vitamin to the other has kept me healthy right through the winter and sneeze free through the spring. The service in this pharmacy used to be excellent excellent around 12 months ago, but lately I find the staff rude and unhelpful. I don't know why it went bad. It seemed to happen around when the previous pharmacist left - but the difference is noticeable now.
